Self-Love Journal Prompts

Self-love is something we all need in our lives to help us get by, because life is very difficult and bleak when you struggle to find things you like about yourself. In an effort to help myself, and all you lovely readers, with that I have put together some self-love journal prompts.

I’ve found that as a woman, it’s pretty frowned upon to actually like yourself. If someone compliments you and you agree with it you’re instantly seen as rude or full of yourself. And as someone who has always struggled to like myself even a little bit, this has been pretty difficult to overcome.

That’s not to say that this struggle only affects women, because it is a very real problem for all people, and it’s something we as a society need to place more value on.

So, without further ado, I give you a few of my favourite Self-love journal prompts.
