We live in a world where self confidence and self esteem are generally dramatically low. Where we are taught from a young age that you should always be improving yourself, and that loving yourself is rude or vain. Well I’m here to break those walls down. After years of hating basically everything about myself, and living with that intense negativity, I have decided its time to start appreciating myself for who I am. 5 things I’ve learned from yoga
Living with ME/CFS comes with a long list of trials and challenges to deal with on a daily basis. Among them is the inability to exercise normally. Unfortunately, along with the sheer exhaustion it brings, another symptom is post exertional malaise. Put simply, the worsening of symptoms due to physical activity. For me, I find it quite difficult to predict, but I know one thing that causes it every time – exercise. Going for a run (or even a walk), doing Zumba, tennis, literally any form of cardio is enough to make me completely unable to function the next day. Big Mouth: A Masterpiece
 I don’t know how many of you have seen, or even heard of, Netflix’s show Big Mouth, but I really want to talk about it. Please note this post does contain some episode spoilers, but no big story lines.
