Get Support
As a mental health blogger I know how lonely daily life can become. The need for support is real.
It can be hard to open yourself up to others, to tell people how you truly feel, and to take off the mask you’ve put up for those around you.
If you need someone to listen to you, someone impartial who can lend an ear while you vent, a safe space where you can truly express how you feel, then you’ve come to the right place.
It can be entirely anonymous – although I do need an email address to contact you on – and I will do my best to support you whether it be by simply listening, or offering an outsiders perspective.
Just fill in the form below and I will be in touch!

Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional, and this should not be used in the place of any professional help or advice. It is simply an extra level of support from someone who is going through the same storm.
Other sources of help can be found through Samaritans, Mind, Time to Change, and Mental Health UK. There’s also a useful list of Mental Health Helplines on the NHS website.
If you have any other questions or queries, feel free to contact me.
