    I am a big believer in the power and importance of self-care, and am constantly adapting and learning new ways to take care of myself.     January Round-Up

    January has been such a crazy month, I barely know where to begin! Let’s start with the not so great bits. It has been a roller coaster month for me. I struggled to get myself back on track at work following the Christmas break and started to feel like I was drowning. My to-do list built up every day, but I didn’t have enough time to get everything done. My exhaustion hit a new peak and my body just gave up.     Old Before My Time

    I’m 27, and while to me that does feel old I do know that I have my whole life ahead of me and I am still young. I’m still in my twenties. I may not be 18 or 21 anymore, but your twenties are about being young and figuring out what you want to do. It’s about having fun. Unfortunately being 27 doesn’t really stop the symptoms of CFS/ME.
