Positive Affirmations: The tool you need to get through the day
I am a big believer in the power and importance of self-care, and am constantly adapting and learning new ways to take care of myself. One of the things I’ve discovered recently is positive affirmations – something that I actually do but didn’t realise it was a useful tool. Positve affirmations, or self-talk, consist of phrases that can help calm you down, or keep you going, when you are in the midst of low mood or anxiety.
