It’s that time of the week again – time for another recipe for healthy living, using my favourite cooking device. This time is it lemon pesto chicken – great for the summer! The slow cooker not only makes everything taste amazing, but I find it so much easier and less stressful to cook a meal this way. There’s much less washing up at the end of the meal, and once it’s in the slow cooker you can leave it there. This recipe is a really refreshing one – it tastes like summer in your mouth.
